With ongoing pricing pressures across the supply chain, we’re pleased to share some positive news. The Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) season will conclude on 30 April, removing the requirement for seasonal treatment on shipments from affected countries.
This presents a valuable opportunity for cost savings on your ocean freight, with FCL shipments potentially saving up to AUD 1,000 per container.
For shipments currently being planned over the coming weeks, our team will work closely with you to assess timing. Where lead times allow, it may be beneficial to schedule sailings departing after 30 April to avoid BMSB-related costs.
