BMSB 2020-21 season is coming to a close

The Brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) season is wrapping up in Australia. What does this mean for importers?

If the shipment departs before 30th April it MUST be treated. Anything departing between 1st May and 31st May does not need treating, but will be subject to random inspections. Shipments that depart after 31st May do not need to be treated until the next BMSB season commences later this year.
